RigMetrics ("we", "our", or "the App") is operated by Paynexxis LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address — collected when you create an account, used for authentication and communication.
• Photos (optional) — you may upload photos of drill bits for AI-assisted bit grading. Photos are transmitted to our servers solely for analysis and are not shared publicly.
• Usage data — we may collect anonymous analytics to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used to manage your account and send essential service communications. Uploaded photos are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate bit grading results. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — we use Supabase as our backend infrastructure for authentication, database, and file storage.
• Third-party AI provider — uploaded bit photos may be sent to a third-party AI service for analysis. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Apple / Google — subscription billing is handled by the respective app store platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase-managed infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Children's Privacy

RigMetrics is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
