By using RigMetrics ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. The App is operated by Paynexxis LLC.
1. Informational Use Only
All data, analytics, AI-generated bit grades, and other information provided by RigMetrics are for informational purposes only. The App is intended to supplement — not replace — professional judgment, engineering analysis, or company procedures.
2. No Liability for Operational Decisions
Paynexxis LLC is not liable for any operational decisions made based on information provided by the App. You acknowledge that drilling operations involve inherent risks and that all field decisions remain your sole responsibility. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data or recommendations.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
RigMetrics may offer premium features through subscription plans. All subscription billing is managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings.
4. Account & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access data belonging to other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within RigMetrics are the property of Paynexxis LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
